Common questions
How do I confirm my email after signing up?
After you sign up, we send a confirmation email from noreply@myagentestate.com. Click the link inside, and you'll land on your dashboard. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then try the “Resend email” option on the verify-your-email screen.
Can I change which agents I'm subscribed to?
Yes — at any time. From your dashboard, go to Billing → Switch plan or Settings → Manage agents. Add or remove agents and your monthly bill adjusts automatically on a prorated basis.
I'm on a 3-day trial. When am I charged?
Your card is held but not charged for the full 3 days of your trial. On day 4, billing begins at $125/agent/month (Individual) or $100/seat/agent/month (Team). Cancel any time before day 3 in your dashboard and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing in your dashboard, click Manage in Stripe, and choose Cancel. We'll stop billing at the end of the current period and preserve your account data for 90 days in case you reactivate.
What about my data when I cancel?
Your conversations, learned skills, and uploaded documents are retained for 90 days after cancellation. After that, they're permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.
